64 West Center at UVI St. Croix Campus

Following the devastation of Hurricane Maria in 2017, which destroyed the 64 West building, RTPark invested $5 million in its renovation as part of the recovery efforts after Hurricanes Irma and Maria. We are proud to announce that the headquarters is fully operational again, with upgraded facilities designed to meet the space and amenity needs of our expanding team. The 64 West building also offers a soft landing space for incoming clients and startup tech founders, providing them with a professional environment to establish and grow their operations in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A highlight of our headquarters is the large, state-of-the-art video conferencing center located on the second floor. Capable of hosting 40-50 people, this cutting-edge facility is designed for hybrid video conferencing meetings and summits, making it ideal for public use and supporting today's collaborative work environment.

Our Coworking Space

RTPark offers a dynamic coworking space for both RTPark clients and prospective clients. This space provides flexible work environments, including:

Members benefit from key card access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the ability to reserve conference room space as part of a basic membership. In addition to physical amenities, the AVI Coworking Space fosters connections and collaboration, offering members a platform to network with fellow entrepreneurs, seek mentorship, and engage with the local and global tech ecosystem.
