Becoming a part of the RTPark network is a streamlined process designed to ensure alignment and mutual success. While the full application process typically spans three months, here's a high-level overview of what to expect:
Application Process Overview
Stage 1: Screening and Pre-Application (2 Weeks)
Prospective businesses engage in initial conversations to explore the RTPark program’s mandate, benefits, and requirements. This stage includes submitting a business profile and aligning expectations.
Stage 2: Term Sheet Development (4 Weeks)
After mutual agreement, a Term Sheet outlining partnership terms is developed and submitted for approval by the RTPark Board of Directors.
Stage 3: Formal Application Procedures (8 Weeks)
With an approved Term Sheet, the formal application process includes due diligence, background checks, and the finalization of agreements.
Stage 4: Network Membership
New members integrate into the RTPark network, leveraging resources, collaborations, and opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
Ongoing Membership
Active engagement within the RTPark network ensures long-term connections, resource utilization, and collective success.
